Your Cooling-Off & Cancellation Rights

I understand that booking a video shoot is a significant personal or professional decision, and you might need time to think things over. We respect and uphold Canadian provincial consumer protection rights regarding direct sales and services.

1. The 10-Day Cooling-Off Period

When you book any of our video or podcast packages, or sign a custom production agreement, you have an absolute, unconditional right to change your mind. You have a 10-day cooling-off period starting from the calendar day you made the purchase or signed the agreement.

During these 10 days, you can cancel your package for any reason, no questions asked, and receive a complete, 100% refund of your deposit.

2. How to Cancel Your Booking

If you choose to cancel, you don't need to fill out any complicated legal documents. Simply send a clear, written notification before the 10th day:

• Send an email to: [email protected];
• State your first and last name, the package you booked, and the date you made the booking.

3. When the Cooling-Off Period is Excluded

To protect our schedule and technical work, please understand that you cannot request a cooling-off refund if:

• We have already set up cameras and begun actual video filming or sound recording at your request before the 10-day limit;
• I have already completed and delivered custom script formatting or title graphics for you at your express request.

4. Prompt and Honest Refunds

If you cancel within your 10-day cooling-off period, we will process and return your entire deposit within fifteen (15) days of receiving your email notice. Your refund will be returned using the exact same payment method you used during your booking.
