1. Introduction & Agreement

These terms define the guidelines and contract agreements under which you access this website and request video production packages from pronrangrul.pro. By using this site, you agree to these terms.

2. Corporate Backing & Contract Party

This brand and the pronrangrul.pro domain are operated globally by our registered parent company: MODERN SAPPHIRE CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED [1], based in Patna, Bihar, India (CIN: U70109BR2020PTC044893). All local media filming, scheduling, and custom editing in Canada are organized by Obike Paul and our local production network.

3. Pricing & Currency

All prices displayed on our packages are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD $) and exclude federal and provincial sales taxes unless specifically stated. Each custom video shoot is governed by a simple, written individual project agreement outlining clear milestones and payment dates.

4. Copyright Ownership

We believe in absolute fairness. Once the production is completed and the final invoice is paid in full, you receive 100% of the copyrights and distribution rights of your edited video and audio files. We only retain the right to show short, pre-discussed excerpts in our personal portfolio, unless you explicitly ask us not to.

5. Your Cooling-Off & Cancellation Rights

We want you to feel completely safe and zero pressure. Under Canadian provincial consumer protection laws, you have a solid 10-day cooling-off period. If you purchase any video package or sign a production contract, you can cancel it within 10 days for a full refund, as long as actual studio filming or layout editing has not begun. 6. Client Responsibilities

When recording a memoir or course, you are fully responsible for the legality, honesty, and copyrights of any text scripts, brand images, or presentation slides you ask us to put into your videos.

7. Limit of Liability

The total liability of pronrangrul.pro or our parent company MODERN SAPPHIRE CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED for any direct claims or technical production errors is strictly limited to the total net amount paid by the client for that specific video session. We cannot be held liable for any indirect business losses, advertising results, or video platform views.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms of service are governed by the laws applicable in the State of Bihar (India), the corporate base of our parent organization. Any formal contract disputes will be addressed within the courts of Patna, Bihar, India, without overriding any mandatory consumer protection rights you hold in your Canadian province.
